18U PAYMENT SCHEDULE
An initial payment of $3,000 is due by September 5, 2023, to secure your child(ren)’s enrolment in the program
An additional payment of $2,000 is due November 5, 2023
An additional payment of $2,000 is due January 15, 2023
Remainder of balance is due April 15, 2023. This payment varies based on your player’s placement on one of our competitive summer teams.

Credit Card
Webber Wildcats is pleased to accept credit card payments through Teamsnap registration sent via email to players accepted to the program.
Please note there is a 2.5% transaction fee added to credit card payments.
E-Transfer
Interact e-transfer payments can be sent to webberpark@webberacademy.ca.
Please note your child(ren)’s name and the purpose of the funds in the memo section.

Upon acceptance of the placement offered to their child, parents have an obligation to pay the fees charged according to the payment schedule. No portion of the fees, paid or due, will be refunded, transferred, or cancelled in the event of a player’s absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from Wildcats Baseball.

Outstanding balances not paid in accordance with the fee schedule and payment options will be subject to an interest charge of 2% per month or 24% per annum. Any family who has an unpaid balance with Wildcats Baseball must pay that outstanding balance before their child(ren) will be allowed to continue to participate in the program.
Players are expected to return their jerseys upon completion of their competitive seasons. A $300 fee will be charged for the cost of the jerseys not returned.

Wildcats Baseball does not cover any travel expenses.
This includes but is not limited to: tournaments, college visits/tours or showcases.
