4 Wildcats Selected For Canadian Futures Showcase

This September 4 members of the 19U Wildcats Baseball Program were selected to participate in the prestigious Canadian Futures Showcase. The Showcase features the 150 top high school baseball players in the country, who all converge on the Rogers Center (Home of the Blue Jays) for a week of games in front of Collegiate and Professional Scouts. Cohen Miller, Zach MacDonald, and Tyson Dyck will all return after attending the 2024 event. Joining them this year is LHP Beck Button, who pitched for the Wildcats College Prep team this past summer. Miller will return as a 2-way shortstop and pitcher, Macdonald will get an opportunity to pitch as well as hit this year, and Dyck returns as a young RHP competing against those older than him.
