Players will begin training in small groups in September & will continue throughout the duration of the year ending in early-mid August. Players registered for our Prep Program are guaranteed a spot on one of our Wildcats Baseball Competitive Summer teams.

Post-Secondary Mentorship

Players will receive assistance with the college recruiting process. This will include recruiting videos and education on how to maximize exposure both in person and through social media.

Our philosophy on training encompasses taking advantage of the strides that baseball has made as a sport in the health and development of youth baseball players with quantitative outcome measures.  Players and their families will be able to track and follow their progress throughout the year.  Our training resources include:

    • Rapsodo Pitching 2.0
    • Rapsodo Hitting 2.0
    • Rapsodo Insight High Speed Camera
    • Hack Attack Pitching Machines
    • Driveline Baseball Training Resources
    • AxeBat Weighted Training Bats Powered by Driveline
    • Pocket Radar + Display

Strength & Conditioning

In collaboration with ORKA Performance, each athlete will undergo a series of physical assessments and performance measurements. These will be used to craft personal workout plans that are periodized, easy to access electronically, and specific not only to their position but also address any movement and strength deficits noted by ORKA's multi-disciplinary health care professionals. The Webber Academy Athletic Park Fieldhouse will offer Wildcats players an exclusive  weight room for individual and team workouts.
